LIU TIANQI

This work is mainly express sensitivity of creatures.  The source of inspiration and information is collect from cat, the relative sensitive animal. The cat elements of this work include the external form and internal morphology of biomorphic. Internal form information is from the reflected situation when cat got sensitive things in outside world. Internal morphology of biomorphic is cat muscle tissue anatomical information.

I like the combination of natural colors. So my work’s color is coming from cat fur and cats living environment. Metal part techniques range from metal engraving to hand raising. I like the material can free to change shape and transparency. I use the resin to mold the main shape on the metal sheet and express the color.

I aim to enable people experience the primitive nature of creatures.
